Psalm 1:1-6
Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the
wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day
and night.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither.
Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows
away.
Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly
of the righteous.
For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked
will perish.
Where There's a Will, There's a Way (to be Blessed)

- Psalm 1:1
- If you walk with the wicked, you open yourself to influence from them.
- There is a progression shown. First you walk, then you stand, and
finally you sit.
- Choose the Positive
- But his delight is in the law of the LORD... - Psalm 1:2
- Enjoy the Promises
- He is like a tree planted by streams of water... - Psalm 1:3
- The blessings are promised, not accidental.
- The tree will be fruitful, nourished, and will prosper.
Conclusion
Life has meaning, purpose, and satisfaction because it has been placed in
the hands of God.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates
day and night. - Psalm 1:2
