Peace of Mind
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you
as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
- John 14:27
Five Keys to Peace of Mind
- Accept God's pardon
- Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have
peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ... - Romans 5:1-2
- Recognize God's presence
- The God of peace be with you all. - Romans 15:33
- Obey God's principles
- Great peace have they who love your law, and nothing can make
them stumble. - Psalm 119:165
- Trust God's plan
- You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because
he trusts in you. - Isaiah 26:3
- Seek God's provision
- Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer
and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the
peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts
and your minds in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:6-7
