Dry Bones

Ezekiel 37:1-14

November 7, 2004
Speaker: Randal Myers

Can These Bones Live?

Dry Bones can live if we don't limit God.

  • “O Sovereign LORD, you alone know." - Ezekiel 37:3

Dry bones can live through the power of the Word.

  • "Prophesy to these bones and say to them, `Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!' - Ezekiel 37:3

Dry bones can live with the Spirit of God inside.

  • "I will put my Spirit in you and you will live...” - Ezekiel 37:14

Conclusion:

"Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing"

Come, Thou Fount of ev'ry blessing, Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy, never ceasing, Call for songs of loudest praise;
Teach me ever to adore Thee; May I still Thy goodness prove,
While the hope of endless glory Fills my heart with joy and love.

Here I raise my Ebenezer; Hither by Thy help I've come;
And I hope by Thy good pleasure Safely to arrive at home;
Jesus sought me when a stranger, Wand'ring from the fold of God;
He to rescue me from danger Interposed His precious blood.

O to grace how great a debtor Daily I'm constrained to be;
Let Thy goodness like a fetter Bind my wandering heart to Thee;
Never let me wander from Thee, Never leave the God I love;
Here's my heart, O take and seal it, Seal it for Thy courts above.

"Madam, I wrote that song and I'd give a thousand worlds to have that feeling again." - Robert Robinson
